The Brownsville Public Utilities Board (BPUB) announces a temporary closure of northbound Interstate Highway 77/83 (US77/83) on Wednesday, May 10, 2017, from midnight to approximately 5:30 a.m. BPUB crews will temporarily close the northbound portion of the expressway from Merryman Road to SH550/FM511 as BPUB personnel repair street lighting.
