BROWNSVILLE, TX – The Brownsville Public Utilities Board (BPUB) will offer free Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) services for low-to-moderate-income residents beginning Tuesday, Feb. 4 at the BPUB Administration Building lobby.
