Notice of a Potential Quorum

Notice is hereby given that a possible quorum of the Brownsville Public Utilities Board (BPUB) of Directors will be in attendance at a meeting of the BPUB and the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Galveston District to discuss the Brownsville Resaca Restoration Project. The meeting will take place at the BPUB Annex Building-Directors Conference Room-3rd Floor at 1425 Robinhood Drive, Brownsville, Texas 78521 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Wednesday, October 4, 2023.

This is not a regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors, but this notice is being posted in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act. As a governmental body, the Board of Directors will not take any formal action on any items discussed nor will there be meeting minutes for this notice.
