BPUB to Host In-Person Community Partnership Seminar on Project SHARE Program

The Brownsville Public Utilities Board (BPUB) is proud to announce its upcoming Community Partnership Seminar focusing on the BPUB Project SHARE Program, which is dedicated to assisting low-income households within the community. The seminar will be hosted by BPUB Billing Manager Joe Amaya and is scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 29, at the BPUB Administration Building.

This exclusive event aims to familiarize BPUB customers with the benefits and eligibility criteria of the Project SHARE Program. It will consist of two sessions: an English session at 10 a.m. followed by a Spanish session at 10:30 a.m., each lasting 30 minutes.

“Community engagement and support are fundamental aspects of BPUB’s commitment to serving our customers,” Amaya said. “This seminar represents an opportunity for us to directly connect with our community, especially those in need, and inform them about the assistance available through the Project SHARE Program.”

Space is limited, and attendance for these informative sessions is exclusively available to BPUB customers. To register, customers must fill out the English application or Spanish application on the BPUB website. Since limited spots are available, early registration is encouraged.

This seminar aligns with BPUB’s ongoing efforts to foster community collaboration and enhance the accessibility to essential utility services. For more information about the seminar, please contact the Billing Department at 956-983-6119.
