BROWNSVILLE, Texas – The Brownsville Public Utilities Board (BPUB) announces there will be a water service interruption Tuesday, Dec. 22, from 10 p.m. until approximately 3 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 23, as crews install a fire hydrant.
